What we do with your information
This form collects what we need to complete your valuation, and nothing else.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The property address and who the valuation is for.
- What you tell us about the property, and what you think it is worth.
- Any photographs or floor plan you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
To prepare your valuation report and to contact you about it. Your estimate of the property value is context for our valuer and is not printed in the report.
Who sees it
JPM Valuers and the valuer working on your report. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Your answers are held by our hosting provider, and a copy is kept in JPM Valuers business storage. Photographs are stored privately — they are not published, and they cannot be opened by someone who simply has the web address.
Photographs
Please do not include photographs of people. We only need the property itself.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission and any photographs for twelve months after your valuation is complete. The valuation report itself is kept for longer, under the record-keeping obligations that apply to our profession.
Asking for a copy, or for it to be deleted
Email accounts@jpmvaluers.com.au and we will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
